I seem to have a bit of an obsession with dancewear at the moment, I love the way different fabrics look when in movement. I love how silk picks up even the slightest breeze, like the silk flags at Glastonbury.
I love how heavy beading can change the way a fabric moves, and fringing, and the way fabric catches light.
I've made a couple of dance dresses but want to play
about more with them and see what happens.

Itching to get creative! I want to get going on both commissions and personal projects, but will have to wait a little longer until the christmas break is over as all my bits and pieces are at the studio. I find it diffucult unless everything is to hand.

Fabric Samples

Green Tartan

New Client wants a ball dress for a Tartan Ball in Scotland, only restriction is green tartan. Much fun to be had here methinks!

More Shorts and trousers

Bringing ideas down to a level that more suits the client. Short shorts to show off her tatoo at the top of her thigh, and slim fitting trousers that can be, all in a dull black satin that can be dressed up for nights out, or dressed down for daywear.
